Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping Neabot. Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We are here to help if you want to require a repair, return or refund.

  • Within 14 calendar days of receiving, the product must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals etc.

  • Within 14 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.

  • Products not purchased from gadgetplus.com.

  • More than 14 calendars days after receiving a product.

  • A product sent to Neabot for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition.

  • A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

  • Any fault or damage of the product is caused by personal reasons, such as improper installation or operation.

  • Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

  • Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.

  • A product is not delivered to GadgetPlus within 14 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from GadgetPlus.

  • Other circumstances stated in this policy.

If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your product(s).

Please contact Neabot support at support@gadgetplus.com and send us detail information as below so that we can confirm your order and deal with your after-sale problems more quickly:

We will process your return and refund application within two working days after receiving your email. Customers may ship back returns with their own shipping methods however for your protection, we recommend using United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx or insured parcel post for return shipments. Additionally, we recommend that customers who decide to make a return on their own request a tracking number from the shipper for their records.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
  • GadgetPlus shall bear the freight for return and replacement caused by product quality problems; For non-quality problems, customers need to pay for return shipping fee.
  • Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.

  • Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.

  • If you would like to replace products, please contact our After-Sales team at https://www.neabot.com/contact-us within 14 calendar days of receiving the products.

  • We will process your replacement application within two working days after receiving your message. Neabot shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults.

Notes:
All returns and replacements must first be authorized by Neabot Support Team prior to return or replacement. For incomplete return or warranty requests, Neabot reserves the right to refuse any compensation. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization, sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, then again Neabot reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
